There was plenty more drama to be found on this week's Arrow, as both Ollie and Laurel grappled with the ghosts of their respective pasts.
But the biggest development in Star City this week involved the return of the Suicide Squad in a new form, as Ricardo Diaz, China White, Cupid and Kane Wolfman became expendable assassins for ARGUS.
