Here's What Arya Stark is Doing After Game of Thrones

Digital streaming network Rooster Teeth's ambitious new animated sci-fi series titled gen:LOCK, features an impressive roster of voice actors like Michael B. Jordan (Black Panther), Maisie Williams (Game of Thrones), and David Tennant (Doctor Who). Set 50 years in the future, the series centers on a courageous team capable of controlling powerful mecha in a fight against an oppressive authoritarian force. Williams portrays Cammie MacCloud, a new recruit who attempts gen:LOCK, which allows her mind to be uploaded into one of the giant mech suits. The Game of Thrones actress spoke with IGN about what initially attracted her to the project. "I thought Cammie was so interesting," Williams explained, adding "and I thought that I could have a lot of fun playing her. I felt like I could bring her to life, and do her justice. New Apex Legends Character Might Be a Reference to a Titanfall 2 Speedrun

The newly-released Octane, Apex Legends' ninth character, could be an in-joke about a series of famous Titanfall 2 speedruns. As pointed out by Steve Kim on Twitter , Octane's intro video explains that he rode "a grenade blast to beat the Gauntlet speed record" – that's pretty similar to some incredible Titanfall 2 speedruns in that game's Pilot's Gauntlet tutorial area. YouTuber Cash Mayo currently holds the world record time for the Gauntlet (under the name Rbrite). Only this month, he beat the Gauntlet in a frankly absurd 12 seconds . Funimation Ending Its Partnership with Crunchyroll Next Month

Funimation's partnership with Crunchyroll will come to an end on November 9, 2018. Crunchyroll shared the news in a post on its official forums , saying: As many of you know, we have had an ongoing partnership with Funimation the last two years, sharing anime between users. Unfortunately, Funimation has decided to go their separate way, and this partnership will be winding down on Friday, November 9. In September of 2016, Funimation and Crunchyroll announced a partnership to share existing content across both streaming platforms, as well as new content, with Crunchyroll providing subbed simulcasts and Funimation handling English dubbed simulcasts.
